House in a Trust

Can a beneficiary of a trust for a house stay in the house until the house is sold(3 beneficiaries) and also who decides on the price of the house

Usually the trustee will make decisions regarding the property. The trust documents have given the trustee those powers. Find out who the trustee is and ask him/her the questions you asked on this site.
