Re: who's house is it

The value of the house is included in your parents' estate along with all of the other assets, unless it was titled in your name prior to your parents' passing.

If you would like to stay in the house, perhaps you can make an arrangement with your siblings to give up other assets in exchange for their share of the house.

Good luck to you.
