Land Trust to Living Trust Deed Recording
We have a land trust at a bank. We have now set up a revocable living trust. Our deed to our home is recorded in the land trust name. Can a regular quit claim deed transfer this over to our living trust?

Hello. In answer to your question, a trust deed
must be used to transfer the property out of the
