how to object to letter of administrator in probate court in Chicago? Deceased estate has already been gone through and cleaned out from other heirs. Deceased not married with no will.

Where there is no Will, the Court requires notice to certain family members when the Estate is opened, and requires such family members to sign certain documents when the Estate is closed.
