personal property in mothers house

i moved in with my mother a few years back too take care of her and now she has been diagnosed with a terminal illnes.my question is how do i protect my belongings and property which i brought into this house cause her will states myself and my 2 brothers will each get 1/3 of her estate and they havnt a clue what is mine in this house and cannot be trusted too trust me

Based on your hypothetical, your mother should list the items in the house that are hers, and acknowledge the items that are yours. If possible, the list should be discussed with your brothers after it is made so that there are no questions about whose property is whose at a later date.
