My sister is executor of my dad's will. Can she list the house for sale at auction?

Depends on what the Will says. If you don't want the house sold, you need to let the probate judge know.

Probably. This is a normal power of an executor. If you think the method of the sale ("auction") will diminish the price to be gained, you'd have to get your sister to change her strategy or you'd have to file an objection with the probate court.
