I have a trust set up and I was wondering since my son and daughter are both listed as trustees when I die can my daughter make my son sell the estate? Thank you

Re: Trust

With a trust, it all depends on what the trust document itself says. The trust may allow one or the other to act independently of the other, or it may require both of them to be unanimous in their decisions.

By "selling the estate" do you mean "real estate?" If so, the trustee may be required to sell real estate if the trust needs liquidity, or needs to be diversified.

Since your question is rather non-specific, I hope I addressed what you were looking for.
