Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

Unknown E-mails

I often recieve e-mails saying a person is either a lawyer or business partner as someone who shares my last name, and they are trying to find living relatives, or I recieve e-mails saying someone is looking for someone to help switch their funds to a bank from or in another country, cannot use their own name, and will give a percentage of the funds to anyone who will help out. Do either of these types of e-mails have any basis in reality?

NO, these are all internet scams. Under no circumstances should you respond to any of these emails.
