Legal Question in Workers Comp in Illinois

what benefit could be expected if I sue?

Shoulder injury requiring surgery, employers W/C insurance paid medical bills and partial salary. What might I receive if I sue? I understand lawyers take 1/3 of the amount and that each ''body part'' is worth so many dollars. What is a shoulder worth?

First off it's not a lawsuit, it's an insurance claim. Second, our fees are 20% of what we recover, not 1/3. So much free info we can give you. Call me at (800)-
