I was firer wild I was on workers compensation

What can I do to get my job back. I was firer while I was under doctor care. I was hurt on the job.

I don't think there is anything the Illinois Industrial Commisssion can do to get you your job back. It should be brought to the attention of the Arbitrator when the time comes since you may be entitled to rehab or other compensation.

You might seek the advice of a Civil Rights or Employment Law practitioner.
