My husband slipped on ice at work but he was off the clock but was taking the trash out when he slipped. He broke his ankle and he is getting compensation of his pay and they are paying his Medical Bills... My question is "Will he get compensated for pain and suffering when he is released from the Doctor...

You can't get pain and suffering, but we can definitely get him a settlement at the end that will compensate him for his injury in a similar matter. If you want our help call me at (312) 346-5578 or check out my work comp blog, illinoisworkerscomplaw.com.
