previous back injuryies

i've had minor injuries not as sever as this recent injury can i be covered? Do i have rights and can i receive benfits even though they disagree? (2) questons

I am not sure what it is you are asking. What about your minor injuries? And what recent injury? Are you talking about being injured at work? Who are "they"? And what is the basis of their disagreement?

Please give me a lot more info so that I can at least try to give you an intelligent answer.
