Legal Question in Workers Comp in Illinois

Worker'scompensation and child support arrerage

If a person receives a worker's compensation settlement and this person owes back child support. Is it true that he is exempt from having to pay on his arrerage because it is considered disability income? This person is fine and has returned to work.
