Workman's comp and health insurance

If an Illinois Firefighter is permanently disabled in the line of duty and recieves a disability pension, is there any responsibility for the municipality to pay private health premiums until the firefighter reaches medicare age?

I do not believe the municipality is so ob-

ligated, but this is outside the purview

of the Comp Act so my answer cannot be de-

finitive. Sorry.
