Legal Question in Family Law in India

Being court order with me for visiting my child ,

my wife has beaten me badly,she have done such

violent behavoir ealier with others also.It

is her nature.I want to prove court ,her violent

behaviour

How do do this ? psychiatrist test ?

If i ask court , will court send him for

mental health checkup ?

After that, you must have consulted the Doctor. So, doctor's prescription will bear the fact that you have been beaten. Apart from that, if you could manage one witness, that would be sufficient for court to take action against her. Yes, you can move an appropriate application praying the court to direct your wife to undergo a psychiatric test.
