Legal Question in Medical Leave in India
Dear Sir ,
I am Islamic Indian women I would like to apply divorce , I have one child it is six months baby . My husband making blackmail ,if you will get divorced from him he will take his son from me . But in meantime I need my son I love him very much please explain me what are the legal rights I have with my baby . I need my son !!!!

Go for Kula divorce and mother is natural guardian of the young child. You will get custody and your husband may get visiting rights.
