Legal Question in Family Law in India
Dear sir,
Our marriage is only 6 months old.
My wife ran away from my house at GUJARAT without informing me.She also took away Rs. 50,000 cash , all gold ornaments with her.I am also doubtful that she must had planned this with the help of her family.I came to know that she is residing with his parents now in delhi.She now refuses to join me in GUJARAT.She is also imposing many baseless allegations on me and threatning me and my family by saying that she will file all false cases against us.She is demanding Rs.10 lacs for settlement but the truth is that we have not taken single rupee from her and her family.She works in delhi in a Public sector undertaking and earning good salary.
Sir, please advise what can i do in this situation?
Should I go for theft complaint against her in gujarat?
What can be the repurcussions of filing a theft complaint against her because she and her family are very greedy and over cunning to take the mutual settlement money.
Please advise what is the legal course of action that can be taken to protect myself and my family also to make her realise the result of action that she did with me.

You cannot prove your allegations of theft etc., before the court of law.Only saving grace is to file for divorce under mutual consent.
