Employer filing criminal case against employee

My employer is filing false complaints in police station stating ive stolen software and selling in local market. I am currently out of India. Can I obtain Anticipatory bail ? Will I be deported out of the country?

You can apply for anticipatory bail.

Deportation will depends on the Treaty between India and country in which you are living.

if prima facie case is proved against you and your physical presence is necessary you would be deported however your actual involvement , role etc would be verified . If you want you cqan well challenge such false proceedings and seek anticipatory bail also

Deportation depends upon treaties beteween two countries. But the police can surely alert the INTERPOL and initiate proceedings for your arrest. It will be better if you take appropriate legal stepts/remedies in India including seeking anticipatory bail or quashing of the FIR.
