Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my father died in 1992.My brother carried out sale deed with my father be fore his demise,My brothers name appear in the index 2.the property card is on my fathers name still as well as 7/12 utara is in my fathers name.My brother managed the property proceedures with fraud measures.Do I have a share in this property?what should I do now is there any legal way for me please help me
