my wife had registered 498a against me . i got intrim bail. my father said you should meet her so that the case may be amicably solved . she left my house
one year ago by car to her father's house. car was in her name. i paid one lac fourty thousand for the car from my saving account.when she left my house she left away one additional car key and registration certificate.after one year i went to her office to return these items.i saw her coming towards me and i thought i should open door and i pressed button i got inside car so that i can talk to her. but i could not know the legal aspects she screamed loudly and registered section 461 ipc now what to do
