Appointed as 'guardian' of property
Hello,

I would like to appointed as 'guardian' of my father's property through the court, as my father is in coma stage , he cannot speak, write or even manage his legal affairs.

I would like to know the procedure for the same.

It may not be possible in law. You may need to wait for recovery; and once he is in a fully conscious state of mind, you may seek his PoA.
