Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

My citizenshi, Who am I?

My father got job in Assam in Telecom Department. I was born in Assam but my mother stayed back in Bihar for managing ancestoral property so I had to stay with her.

I did my primary education upto class eight in Bihar from private institution. Then for better education in convinience I had to join class seven again in Assam. For my education my mother too joined us. I did my HSLC and PUC from Assam. Then for higher education I moved to Karnatka. In Karnatka I have completed my Degree (BCA) and PG (MCA) 3+3=6 yrs. I have stayed 1 more year here in search of Job. Legally which will be my permanent address and from where shall I take the OBC cirtificate to get the benefits in Central Gov job?

Re: My citizenshi, Who am I?

1. Your permanent address would be the address where your parents have been living and have immovable residential ancestral property. That means Bihar.

2, The OBC certificate should be taken from the prescribed officials in your home-town in Bihar.
