Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
dear sir,
i was working for a nationalised bank as Manager, and i was removed from service for unauthorised basence, the bank settled my PF (my contribution ) amount and credited to furniture facility Rs.45000/- (actual cost of the furniture in 1996), but that is a Head office account and every year depreciation is deducted, but the bank after 13 years recovered full Rs.45000/- how far it is justified.

did you challenge the order of termination from the bank in court. as far as deduction of 45k is concerned, one has to check the records before opining.
