Is the indian judiciary system come with in the limits of the Right to information act.

Can we ask for the magistrate who ever gives the judgement the basis on which it is been given?

the basis of judgment is not questionable as there is a remedy by way of appeal to the orders.

in addition whenever a judge pronounces his judgement he gives the reason or the base on which it has given .if u find the base of it with errors u can appeal . "resoned decendie "is a priniciple of natural justice and u can appeal on this ground
