According to latest amendments, Rs.50/- should be paid for an RTI aplication?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You need to pay Rs. 20/- (Rupees Twenty Only) for purchase of a court fee stamp at the Neerpalani, Pudukkottai Post Office and affix the same on your RTI application.
