Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
is there any law regarding this opinion as if vehicle is insured 3rd party then insurance company is liable to pay compensation to petitioner even driver authorised only to drive only light motar vehicle non transport . in this case offending vehicle is pickup jeep/transport vehicle
