lost of share certificate

Sir i have lost my share certificate in 2008 i had given letter to my society that i have lost the share certificate. Due to some delay i made the police complian in 2009.

but and want a dublicate share certificate.i had some loan from a bank and the n o c was issued from the society. but now the secretary

told me bring n.o.c from the bank.

i have no more loan so the bank gave the n.o.c letter in the name of the society that i do not have loan.

but the secretary told me to bring the original n.o.c letter from the bank which they had issued.

bank say we cannot give the original letter we have issued you no due certificate.

but the secretary is telling i want the original.

sir please help me what should i do

You may approach the Registrar Cooperative Socieites of your State for appropriate orders.

bank must have given you a letter in original on which the manager or concerned person must have signed. if you are having this then there is no other original.

ask your secretary to give in writing what he wants. give an application for duplicate shares and alongwith attach the NOC. and take receipt on photocopy of documents.

if duplicate shares are not given then send notice and file case
