i m p.o. under nrega. A p.r.s. in a scheme has mentioned dead person name on muster rolls. and payment have also done . being of officer at first level what step should i take to prevent my self along with p.r.s., compliant has been lodge at higher level. p.r.s. is ready to return amount which was paid in wrong way

Dear Sir / Madam,

First ask the person who has wrongly claimed the amount to return back all the monies to the Department. Demand an apology letter from the employees who were responsible for the wrong payment made. Let the Court inquiry decide on the ruling of the case.
