Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Respected sir,
I am selected at the higher post than were i am working,I have given resignation notice but i have not received my appointment order .Hence i request you to suggest me as to when i should get myself relived from present post / services, so that my previous services shall be counted i may get all benefits which are entitled to regular employee.

You should not leave your present assignment till you receive orders to join the new assignment.
