i had a showroom at aurangabad , 3 shops in underground i want to place a showroom board above the shop , but the tenant is refuse to to do so, he is saying that u just take the height of the board to 3ft, before that i.e. before renovation he had agreed that u can take the height at upto the grill / rail of the 1st floor he had given the space to place the board of the 1st floor height upto 5 ft, n he is giving me a ht only 3 ft, within that he allows the 1st floor tenant to use my boards place. kindly suggest.
