Sir, I am married,i was done my love marriage at 2 December 2008 at a Temple. but there r many more problems,my wife's dady is not allow to this, last some days my wife is with me ,but not at that time,we are belong to same cast. i am in trouble,help me.
Sir, before some days I am calling to my wife the she says, abhi There is problem.These persons are very cruel,They Murdered u,so that's why I am not agree to live with u,if my wife says that words at the court,Than court will punish me or not,I have all documents like photographs,age proof of my wife,and a affidavit of my wife,so sir plz give me the solution when my wifes answes is may be not.

You may file a Habeas Corpus petition before the High Court and request for "chamber hearing" for recording statement of your wife.
If your wife wants to go with you , the court is likely to order restraining her parents from any interference.
