I have shope in mall mumbai which i have given on rent for 3 years lease but now my tenant need to take some vat licenace or nubber on my said premisses will there be any future problem on my shop if he may some mis-use

Since it is a commercial place, obtaining a tax number by tenant should not pose any problem for the owner.
