Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
How much stamp duty will be placed for signing MOU in Delhi in between two individual parties. there will be no initial investment from my side. I will have share of 40% of profit. Can we do it on 50 Rs. Stamp paper? we want legal bindings

in order to have legal binding, instead of MOU, you may go for registration of partnership deed.
