as u haf answered in my case=you may file a complaint before the magistrate elaborating the incident,will it b complaint or information to d magistrate n d incident is 11 months old,wats d act of limitation for such complain,plz answer ASAP

it would be a complaint u/s 200 of crpc and the limitation depends upon the sentence mentioned for the offence.
