Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

I had worked as resident doctor in a Aruna asaf ali governement hospital in Delhi 2 years back for 8 months period. According to the revised pay comission I should get arrears. But 4 and half months have expired since I have applied for the same. The hospital authority are not responding to my application. During this period I have given one reminder. Kindly advise me how can I recover my arrear from the hospital authority

yes, i agree with Mr. Goel. you may file a suit for recovery and in case some other resident doctors have got the arrears, it would help.

You may file a writ petition after having served a legal notice to hospital authorities.

Arrears are allowed only for continuing employees and as you had left the services you may not be eligible.
