Dear Sir,
An appeal is filed against an appealable order passed by any authority or Court.A writ is filed by a citizen in respect of matters where a fundamental right guaranteed under the constitution is threatened or infringed.You have have to personally get in touch with a lawyer in case you wish to file an appeal or a writ.
