do not know how to claim the money from bank
My dad expired suddenly but he did no t prepare any will. Now my mother is a widow. He had invested some money in a bank and now I do not know what are the procedures to claim that money from the bank for my mother. My sister has lost the original death certificate of my dad and also the original investment certificate. Please let me know how to claim the money

you can apply and get another certified copy of death certificate. regardign investment certificate you will have to find out from teh company as each company may have its own procedrue

(1) Please apply for the another certified copy of the Death Certificate.
(2) Every investment company has different order of procedures so please contact your investment companies office.

you can get the duplicate copy fron th authority and can also get certified copy of death certificatefrom municipal corporation.File a case of LETTER OF ADMINISTRATION.

Apply for another death certificate. You may apply for duplicate investment certifictae from the Bank, upon executing an indemnity bond. If your Dad had appointed a nominee in the Bank, then the nominee can withdraw the money or else you may have to apply for Succession certificate from Court.

You can apply for duplicate copy of death certificate. You may also get a succession certificate and contact the bank for investment certificate in duplicate and procedure.you can if possible contact me personally at my office.
