Dear Sir,
Chat id was hacked and obsene chat was circulated using my name.The only proof i have are autosaved messages in my computer.The Trail court rejected it as evidence. Can i appeal in High Court.And if yes then what charges can i bring against him?

you may appeal before the higher court and the charges would be under IT Act under relevant sections running from 65 to 67.
