Re: regarding family pension

If he is government employee, you should make a representation to the employer and establish yourself as the legally wedded wife.

The employer may ask your husband about his relationship with "other woman".

If the 'other woman' is a close relative, and if a dispute a going on with you, the husband may justify his nomination.

if there is no dispute between you, the husband will have to change his nominaion.

The rights of nominee are only to receive and then distribute amongst legal heirs. The nominee need not to be a beneficiary.

However, family pension cannot be given to any other person except the wife and children. Therefore, you should immediately bring this fact to the notice of your husband's employer.
