Hi Law Guru Team,
I got interim Stay of Investigation on 498a/506/DP3 case upon our pleading of stay of arrest till the completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet.
Now my question is that Arrest is also stopped during Interim Stay of Investigation or not.

you can not be arrested till the charge sheet is filed. your arrest is stayed till then.
