Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
Respected Sir/Mam, I am in urgent need of following judgment of Honble High Court of Bombay - Division Bench of Bombay High Court - Decision in Writ Petition No.1902/ 2003 in the case of UOI & Ors Vs. Ahok Ganpatrao Lacharwar. I tried a lot to get the same from concerned website (this Honble High Court Judgments from 2005 onwards only available) and local Courts library (in Karnataka) but could not. Your expert highness humbly requested to please mail me a copy of the judgment at the earliest for which act of kindness, I will ever remain grateful to you Sir/Mam.
