Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India

I have a tenanted property from HUF and in the same time and year the Huf POA holder has morgaged the property to 2 seperate bank neither he obtained my permission do so nor these banks/lenders permission to do so (vis-a-vis).In the process he (owner of Prop/karta) became insolvant in another state. and one of the lender coop bank obtained the decree inabsentia/without even giving the process notice in paper to the public notice. Another bank instituted case completing the process.I have become a party because

i) appealate court wants to evict me.

ii) Matter is subjudice in HC

iii) while hc gave its verdict against the decree holder Co-op by not interfering in appealated court's order invaour of Lender coop bank no 2

iv) trial court has inits order has protected my tenancy. while appeallate court didn't.

a)now what is my right and Libility?

b)how should i Proceed?
