Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India

U.S. Visitor Visa

My US visitor was revoked by New Delhi Embassy nearly 8 years ago on some flimsy complaint by someone, as we were in travel trade. Can I now appeal or re-apply the US VISA. I have otherwise a well- travelled passport.

I am curently 67 years of age. All my three children - two sons and a daughter, all married, are in USA on H-1 visa. My wife is still holding a valid US VISA. They are all well employed and settled. Incidentally, I have just last month established a general trading company in DUBAI/UAE, and have also got residence visas for both me and my wife, who are currently in India, and shall be going to Dubai within a fortnight. Further, all my three children have also obtained Canadian landed immigration. While in Canada, they are also in the process of filing our parental nomination for Canadian immigration. I shall be pleased to furnish any further information required in this context. Thanks and looking forwrd to hearing from you. Regards.

Re: U.S. Visitor Visa

No,you cannot file appeal after lapse of 8 years, however,it is to seen as to which ground your visa was revoked? Since your visa has already been revoked, hence no fruitfull purpose would be served by applying afresh.Details are required to be examined in order to give any opinion on your subject.Contact with details, professional charges are applicable.
