MYSELF AND WIFE A BROUGHT A RESIDENTIAL UNIT IN BHOWANIPUR KOLKATA ALONG WITH Car Parking space which we came to know is Injucted propety apart from that now have come to know that Promoter has not taken permission for drainage/water connection from kolkata municipal corporation and has not registered under west bengal buildings promoters act therefore is un willing to make housing society. numerous complaints have been made in the police station for cheating and fraud but no action taken. my question is CAN I FILE CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST PROMOTER AND DEVELOPER OF THE LAND IN HIGH COURT
