This issue should not have been posed as a question in this forum. The person who posed this issue has not said where he resides and which bank he wants to be convinced. Lawyer's job is not to convince any bank to meet the needs of any particular applicant. It is for the applicant to convince a bank of his needs and his capacity to complete the project for which he needs financial assistance. It is better such issues are not webcast in Law Guru portal.

Unless you tell the complete details no lawyer can give you a proper solution. Just like doctor who need all the reprt before dignosis lawyer also needs the complete facts
