Legal Question in Banking Law in India
BANK guarantee sign to friend
my friend and myself got a personal loan from a co operative bank for co lateral guarantee. i paid the loan completly and my friend escaped. now i am unable to find him and bank asking me to repay his dues. a property in his name is running by his father not responding. Plz help me to get rid of this issue
