bank is not returning original title deeds of mortgaged property after full repayment of debt since 7 years

Make a claimto the chairman of the Bank. If he does not relent, then file a complaint to Banking Ombudsman. If u don't get relief, file a case before the consumer disputes redressal forum. Take the assistance of local lawyer.
