Sir,my ancle was retaired person ,he want to withdral pension from his pension fund from his office,he commit brokar to give worth 4 % of total amount which he recived and give him check of 10000 Rs, But he restracted that check to withdrawl that amount by the broker,Now the person with wich the check was given said i file the FIR agenst my ancle. My question is their any law to protect my ancle .

or because the brocker is couropt person and take coroution form my ancle.

Did you recieve any kind of legal notice from the broker? If yes,then send a reply to the legal notice detailing therein that the cheque was not towards a debt.If not, then you send the broker a notice warning him not to take any action failing which you will file a case against him.
