Re: Cheque Bounce

In a cheque bounce matter, the party agggreived has a course of action open to him which he has to follow as a due process of law, and he cannot block access to you to do your legitimate activities. You can file a police complaint against him or else obtain an Injunction order restraining him from interfering with your daily activities.
