Re: cheque bounce

If you have issued a cheque expecting the credit for the cheque in your favour for collection and if due to the delay in collection and credit of the cheque in your favour, the cheque issued by you bounced, explain the mishap to the payee of your cheque and ask him to present it again when the proceeds of the cheque in your favour are credited. For any unusual delay in the collection of your cheque, hold your bank liable.
